What type of artwork is accepted?

We accept corel draw, adobe illustrator, eps, jpg, bmp, and png. The higher the resolution the better. We do not take graphics ripped off of the internet as they are too low of a resolution. If we have to change or clean any artwork on your logo, an artwork charge may apply.

Can I see the merchandise in person?

Yes. We have a showroom with more options for awards located in Downtown Milwaukee. Our address is 1021 N. Old World Third Street. (One block east of the Bradley Center).

How much does engraving cost?

Most lettering for our products are included at NO additional costs. Perpetual plaques and medals would be the exception. Some items (including etched crystals, acrylics and marble) may require a set up fee. There is typically only one setup fee for all items of a common type. For instance, if you ordered five pieces of a crystal tower, only one setup fee would apply to all five. Our set up fee covers the cost of prepping each item for etching or engraving.

Do you offer more services than are shown on your website?

Yes. We offer embroidery, screening printing, heat transfer, cast bronze, promotional items, name tags, glassware, framing, wearables, and much more. Please contact one of our sales representatives if there is something you don’t see.

What if my awards arrive damaged or engraved incorrectly?

Your order is very important to us. In the event that we make an error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. If the error was made on your part (i.e. Incorrect spelling of name) we will still replace the incorrect piece as quickly as we can for a nominal fee. Regardless of the nature of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected award to you in time for your presentation. No products may be returned without approval from one of our representatives. Because of the highly personalized nature of awards, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are NOT reusable after they have been engraved or etched, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss the case-by-case basis. Note: crystals and acrylics cannot be reused or “erased”.

Do you make the awards on site?

Products are made on site at our facility, which allows for a quick turnaround time as well as the opportunity for a customer to be involved with the design if the award as well as proofing before your vision becomes a reality.

Can I order just one item?

You can order one. You can order one-hundred. No limit. DOES NOT INCLUDE Promo-tional items, wearables or some glassware.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, it will be shipped within one week (Applies to stock items only). Items with a logo may take slightly longer. Rush shipping is available upon request and product availability. Large orders may take longer, however, you will be notified immediately. Please indicate date item is required IN HAND in comment section when checking out.

Will I receive an email confirmation upon ordering?

Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto reply confirming order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders, however payment must be received prior to shipping. Purchase Orders are accepted by previous approval only. A signed copy must be emailed to awards@trophyathletic.com or faxed to 414-272-4489 at the time order is placed. Orders will not be shipped without a hard copy of the PO either mailed or e-mailed. You can also pay upon pick up at our store.

How can I submit my engraving information?

The best and most accurate way to submit your engraving would be via email to awards@trophyathletic.com, or, when placing the order at checkout prompt. We do not recommend faxing in engraving, however if that is your only option, it must be typed. We do not accept hand-written engraving information nor do we accept any lettering over the phone and are not responsible for any errors.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department imme-diately at 414-272-4485 and have your shop order number available.

I like what I see on your site, but I’m looking for something more customized. What should I do?
